All orders usually require 1-2 working business days to process for in-stock items regardless of shipment method chosen.

Amped uses the following flat rate shipping structure for any of the continental 48 states:
$0.00 - $49.99 Shipping is $8.00
$50.00 - $99.99 Shipping is $10.00
$100.00 - $149.99 Shipping is $12.00
$150.00+ Shipping is free! (Continental US ONLY) 
(Hawaii and Alaska customers will be required to pay a partial amount of shipping.)

Orders over $150.00 that are from Alaska or Hawaii will be contacted with shipping cost after the order is placed. International orders will be quoted on an order by order basis, please email us at sales@ampedairsoft.com to place an international order.

For International orders, please contact us at sales@ampedairsoft.com for a quote! Our website currently does not work with international orders. We will look forward to working with you!

In many situations where the shipping cost is less than this amount, we will adjust it and credit your card accordingly. For Example: If you order only a PolarStar Fusion Engine Nozzle, we will typically ship this in a bubble mailer which will reduce the shipping & handling cost..

If you would like to utilize another form of shipping instead of basic ground shipping, please place your order and contact us asap and we can arrange different shipping options.

Amped Airsoft will ship all items with UPS ground or USPS service unless otherwise noted. Notifications will be issued via comments on your order. You may contact sales@ampedairsoft.com or call us at 724-366-6590 during business hours to request alternative methods of shipping.

Amped Airsoft normally ships out orders within 48 hours after we receive the order, unless the item is marked unavailable, pre-order, or out of stock. We will notify you via email or phone within 24 business hours if we have a question with your order.  During holidays or large volume times of the year, we may take longer to process orders.  We appreciate your patience!

Amped Airsoft will only ship purchased items to your billing address unless you are a previously confirmed customer.

If you wish to have your order sent to a different address, please contact us with your order ID and telephone number via phone and request a shipping address change.  If you do not contact us before we process your order, the items purchased will be shipped to your billing address. This is necessary to combat increasing credit card fraud from online orders. If we feel that the transaction is fraudulent in any way, we will cancel the order and report it to the authorities.  

We will not ship Airsoft replica related orders to states (New York City, Washington D.C., some New Jersey towns) or countries that have Airsoft bans in place. If you wish to order an item that is not listed on our website or if you are experiencing shopping cart problems, please email us at sales@ampedairsoft.com with your itemized order for a quote total.

Customers will be responsible for applicable taxes. Only PA residents must pay a state sales tax of 6% or 7% for Allegheny County and Philidelpha County.

If you pay by money order, we will not ship out the order until after the money order is received. Personal checks will not be accepted. Phone orders are accepted. If you would like to pay by money order, please select money order as your payment option and mail the money order to:

There are no warranties, explicit or implied, provided for accessories. Returns are not available unless Amped Airsoft has pre-authorized the return under extreme situations.
